I feel that my job is to inform
I know a lot about the products I have available, and over the years, experience has taught me to anticipate the potential needs of my clients, but most important for me is to know your exact circumstances so I can show you the best options.
I work in a very relaxed way
Of course, I have brochures but one thing I am not going to do is wade through pages and pages about product. I have the knowledge and we just have to make it fit you.
For me, the key is making sure that needs are properly met through thorough fact finding.
I like to make things as clear and easy to understand as possible
I want to make sure that the level of information I provide is detailed enough for customers to make informed choices and give any advice during the process.
